Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank works exclusively with Greater Cincinnati social service agencies and hospitals to provide diapers to families in need. *For a variety of reasons, we cannot distribute diapers directly to individuals.* Agencies can apply to become a partner agency by filling out the application here. We will review your information and let you know within a week via email if your application is approved. We look forward to working together to end diaper need in our community!

**Please note that we currently have a wait list for new partner agencies. We encourage you to apply now to get a spot on the wait list.**
