WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS LIKE?

After you fill out the online application, our executive director will contact you for a quick call to talk about your organization, the process for signing up kids each month, expectations, answer questions, and to make sure we mutually agree that our organizations would make a great partnership.

No worries! Feel free to email us at partner@sweetcheeksdiaperbanks.org with any questions. We can also set up a time to chat before you fill out the application to make sure our agencies would be a good fit.

HOW MANY DIAPERS WILL MY CLIENTS GET EACH MONTH?

Each child receives either 50 diapers (sizes newborn through 6) or 30 Pull-Ups (all sizes of Pull-Ups) each month that match the size they currently need.

HOW ARE THE DIAPERS PACKAGED?

We wrap bundles of 25 diapers in plastic wrap with a size label on each one. Each child gets 2 bundles each month (or one bundle of 30 Pull-Ups).

HOW, WHERE, AND WHEN DO I GET THE DIAPERS FOR MY CLIENTS EACH MONTH?

HOW: Each partner agency is responsible for picking up their diapers from Sweet Cheeks each month.

WHERE: We proud to be part of the new St. Anthony Center on Republic St. downtown. Construction is officially under way and we’ve moved to a temporary location at the corner of Vine and Liberty: Canticle Cafe 1600 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45202. You can see a map of the area here.

WHEN: We will let you know when diapers are ready for pickup. We aim to have them ready by the 15th of each month. If there will be a delay for some reason we will let you know in advance.

HOW DO I SIGN UP KIDS TO GET DIAPERS?

Once you’re approved as a partner agency you will receive a password to be able to log in to our agency portal through our website. When you are in the system you’ll be able to access our client sign-up form. That’s how you will order diapers for your clients each month.
